At least 16 people were killed and several others wounded after two separate attacks rocketed Baidoa, capital of Bay region on Saturday.
The explosions was suicide bombers blew up themself populated Restaurants and well known hotel in the city, KNN reporter in Baidoa reports.
South-West Administration has been preparing for election to be held the next month.
Officials including candidates are in the city and security were tightened.
There is no group claimed the responsibility of the attack.
