Baydoa-KNN-Leaders of Somali federal states have gathered in Baydoa to meet over political issues based looming struggle between federal government and member states.
Hosting administration of Southwest are tightening the security of Baydoa city and Sharif Hassan sheekh Adam welcomed the other leaders.
It is the second meeting of state leaders, the first submit in Kismayo was created a council named as Cooperation council of federal states.
Before security council meeting in Baydoa, leaders want to discuss politically disputed issues.
