Mogadishu-KNN-Speaker of lower house Mohamed sheikh Osman Jawari accepts the motion against him and asked Mps to end the political struggle between them in which caused a delay to their constitutional work.
According to the rule, members of the Parliament must take the no confidence vote within 10 days, speaker Jawari emphasized to bring the motion in the Parliament and said that he will fellow for the rule.
The Speaker repeatedly said that troops taking orders from the prime minister are still at the building parliament and requested to redeploy the privious security forces to make sure the safety of the Parliament.
Also the speaker gives thank for members of the Senate house those stand up for solving disputes and disagreements between the members of the lower house.
Professor Jawari accused that the prime minister involved the no confidence motion against him, and there is no comment from the prime minister.
International community and local groups urged the parts to end the political dispute with the constitution.
