The motion of no confidence against the speaker of the Lower House Mohamed Osman Jawaari has been postponed according to parliamentary sources, KNN reports on Saturday.
The motion was expected to process on Saturday.
Security has been feed up with roads leading to parliament building being blocked from public vehicles.
The vote was scheduled for today. The lawmakers split into two parties, one supporting the speaker and others opposed him.
The postponement will give the Somali president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo to intervene the current political crisis by meeting with all sides, said the sources.
