President Farmajo makes judicial reform

Mogadishu-KNN-Somali president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo appoints new judges for the Supreme Court on Thursday following his promise of judicial reform, Radio kulmiye reports.

A degree released by presidential media office listed on five judges those are replacing six judges serving for years as Supreme Court judges, this comes as many people complaining about injustice and unfair judgment, President said on a degree statement.

The appointment of these news judges proposed by the Supreme Court chief Bashe Yusuf Ahmed, according the statement.

 The nominated judges are:-

Salah Sheekh Ibrahim Dhiblawe.

Mohamed Omar Ahmed.

Abdalle Mo’alim Mohamed.  

Haydar Barqash Abukor.

Ahmed Ali Muse.

President Farmajo also sacked six judges of Somali Supreme court.

Sheekh Abukor Isma Mo’alim Dahir.

Mohamed Mohamud Ahmed.

Mohamud Ahmed Farah.

Sheekh Omar Aadan Mohamed.

Mudane Cabdinaasir Seeraar Axmed.

Ahmed Mohamed Sheekh Ibrahim.

There has been uncounted complains from the citizens related injustice judgments in the Supreme Court that brings the reform made by the President Farmajo.
