Mogadishu-KNN-At least 50 soldiers of both sides Puntland and Somaliland have dead and nearly 100 injured as the fighting continues the third day, at least six high rank military officers were killed, according to military source.
Commander of Somaliland troops in Tukaraq village Mohamed Da’ud were killed in the fighting on Tuesday.
Somaliland and puntland are increasing the number soldiers and military vehicles in the front line, there is no efforts halting the war, as many people displaced.
President of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi farmajo called the two sides to stop the war and encouraged dialogue to create peace, but Somaliland leader Muse Bihi Abdi accused federal government of Somalia fueling Tokaraq battle.
UN special representative in Somalia Michel Keating also called puntland and Somaliland to halt the fighting.
